How it works
Our dual-stage process separates soil removal from extraction. We pre-treat and agitate to release embedded soil, then hot-water extract to pull it out of the pile. A single-pass clean does both at once — quicker, cheaper, and it leaves more behind. The two-stage method is the reason carpet comes up properly and stays clean longer.

When to have it done
Spring is the best time for a full clean — it takes out what the winter brought in. Most of our clients book a complete carpet clean in the spring and a high-traffic-area clean in the fall, and for most buildings that is the right amount. Cleaning carpet more often than it needs will shorten its life, so we assess the carpet when we bid rather than selling you a schedule.
