How it works
Full hard-floor restoration for VCT, tile, and grout. We strip old finish, deep clean the substrate, then lay down seal and finish coats using a high-solids wax, which wears longer and holds its shine further into the year than a thinner finish. Ongoing burnishing keeps the gloss up so you go longer between full strip-and-wax cycles.

When to have it done
Once a year is enough for most buildings, and the high-solids wax is part of why — it wears longer, so the floor does not need taking back to bare tile as often. A few floors need more than that, usually very heavy traffic or one that has been neglected for years, but they are the exception. We will tell you if yours is one rather than putting you on a shorter cycle by default.
