High-speed burnishing for terrazzo, polished concrete, and stone, with the dust kept out of the air rather than blown around your building.
How it works
A solvent goes down across the floor first, so that harmful particulate dust is held down instead of thrown into the air — in an occupied lobby that matters as much as the finish does. A high-speed burnisher then works the surface, smoothing out blemishes until it comes up even and glossy, and a finishing chemical is laid over the top to hold that durability until the next burnish. We do this both to restore a floor that has been let go and to maintain one year on year.

When to have it done
Annually is right for most floors, and we have been doing this work for over twenty years without finding much reason to change that. A floor burnished once a year and kept under a finishing coat stays ahead of the wear. One left longer than that usually needs restoring rather than maintaining, which costs more — if yours is already there, the first visit brings it back and the annual cycle takes over afterwards.
